Terms of Service

Eligibility and adult content

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. The Service is an adult experience that may include mature, suggestive themes intended for consenting adults. By using it, you confirm that you are an adult and that such content is legal where you are.

What the Service is

Mistress is an AI companionship experience. The character you interact with is fictional and generated by software — she is not a real person, and responses are produced by AI for entertainment. Nothing in the Service is professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. On the web, subscriptions are billed through Stripe; on iOS, they are billed through Apple as an in-app purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancel a web subscription from your account settings; cancel an Apple in-app subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings on your device. Except where required by law — or, for in-app purchases, by Apple’s policies — payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law or to attempt to elicit content involving minors, non-consenting persons, or other prohibited material. You agree not to resell or commercially exploit the Service, to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, or to access it through automated means except as expressly permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.

Content

Conversations are generated by AI and may be fictional, inaccurate, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use anything produced during your use of the Service. We may set and adjust boundaries on the content the Service will produce.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
